I recently bought the new Morphe 35H Hot Spot Artistry Palette and a shade in there, Ripple Effect, is a stunning off white/gray based eyeshadow packed with golden reflects. After swatching that eyeshadow, I thought it would make a gorgeous highlighter so I started searching for one just like it. If you have fair skin with yellow undertones like I do, this is going to be a perfect highlighter for you! It is everything I wanted it to be. It has an off white base with an intense golden shift. It’s a smooth, baked formula that doesn’t look dry on the skin. It has no chunky glitter and looked good even over my texture.
