Typically I would do this type of post closer to the end of the month. I decided to move it up, though, so I can spend Monday taking part in Halloween festivities🎃 I’ll be back the first Friday in November so let’s talk about what I hope to do in the second to last month of the year!
Books:
I’m currently reading Deerskin by Robin McKinley and it’s pure dark fantasy goodness. I’m enjoying it so much. After I finish it, I want to read another fantasy, Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge. I’m not sure how many book reviews I’ll get to in the coming month because I really want to prioritize some of the new makeup releases. I hope to fit in some extra posts but that will depend on how busy the month is. As always, follow my Goodreads to see everything I’m currently reading!
Beauty:
The first reviews of the month are going to be for some super fun holiday releases, the Makeup Revolution x Shrek Family Ogre Set and Gingy Lip Kit. I have been very pleasantly surprised by these and I can’t wait to tell you about them. I also bought almost the entire Makeup Revolution Festive Allure Collection. If an ogre themed Christmas isn’t your thing, these products may be a better fit😅 After that, I’m either going to find one or two more holiday releases to review or focus on my Viseart Cashmerie Etendu Eyeshadow Palette.
