I have owned the BH Cosmetics Passion in Paris Eyeshadow Palette for TWO YEARS and just now used it🥴 To be fair, when I bought it, I planned to review it but then BH Cosmetics announced they were closing. I didn’t see a point in reviewing it then and it got shoved to the back of my pile. However, when Makeup Revolution bought BH Cosmetics, this palette became permanent so here we are. I do regret not using this sooner because it is stunning, especially for winter.

This palette is $17.00 and contains sixteen shades: nine mattes and seven shimmers. It has cardboard packaging with no mirror and a firm magnetic closure. Typically, this is where I would go into my pros and cons but I have no cons.
I love everything about this palette. I think the cool toned berries, blues and purples work so well together. You can get a bit of warmth from the red metallic, Moulin Rouge, but even it leans cooler toned than most reds. All of the mattes perform wonderfully. These types of colors can be intimidating to work with but this formula was incredibly easy to blend and build up. I also had almost no fallout with any of them. I also had no issues with the shimmers. I applied them with my finger and they were simply gorgeous.

- I applied Eiffel Tower over the rest of my lid.
- I applied Louve in my inner corner.
- I also smudged Musee D’Orsay on my lower lash line.
