I’m going to start this review by saying I’m not sure what rock I’ve been living under but I just decided to try NYX cosmetics about three months ago. I had heard of the brand in passing but just never really looked into them. I got a little lipstick obsessed not too long ago and decided I needed to try the brand out. I bought one of their Extra Creamy Lipsticks in the color Snow White. They have 88 different shades in this type of lipstick! Needless to say, I do not own them all. These lipsticks are $4.00 a piece and I got mine at Target. NYX is a cruelty free brand.

This shade is absolutely gorgeous and honestly my favorite red. It is a deep blue-toned red. It is a little on the bright side but not so bright that it wouldn’t be appropriate for a school/work setting, in my opinion. It goes on smoothly and is not patchy. It has a decent wear time but will need reapplied after eating, drinking, etc. My only complaint is that it’s so creamy that it smears easily. It takes some work for me to apply this and get it cleaned up from around my lips. Once it dries down, though, it’s beautiful.

If you’re looking for a great lipstick for not a lot of money try these out. Again, they have 88 shades so I would think that they have something for everyone. Hope this was helpful! Thanks for reading and have a great day!
