I was interested in the L.A. Girl Shockwave Neon Eyeliners for months before I purchased them. I held off on buying them because I’m not the biggest fan of eyeliner. Before these liners, I had never tried a formula that actually lasted on my eyes, was pigmented and didn’t smear. I finally decided to give these a try when they were on sale and I’m so glad I did.

At just $4.49 apiece, I’m AMAZED at how good these eyeliners are. They’re creamy, pigmented and last all day. They will fade, especially if you have watery eyes, but their lasting power is incredible. They also sharpen really well. I’ve especially loved using these when I’m wearing my mask. They make it easy to create makeup looks that are still fun.

Final Thoughts:
