I am the concealer queen. I am always buying new ones because I’m always looking for my new holy grail concealer. The only one that has even come close is NYX’s HD Concealer and it’s still not perfect. I decided to try e.l.f.’s Beautifully Bare Lightweight Concealer Stick even though most of their concealers are total dumpster fires. This stick is $4.00 and mine is in the lightest shade, Fair/Light.
Unfortunately, like most e.l.f. concealers this one just isn’t that great BUT it is definitely not the worst. It gives mild to moderate coverage. If you don’t have much to conceal than this might work for you but I have way too much acne and scarring for this to ever be good for me. My main issues were: it’s too orange toned, didn’t blend well, emphasized my pores, creased horribly under my eyes, settled into my fine lines and just didn’t do a good job covering my acne.
Ignore my stupid looking face but this is before and after concealer. All I had on besides the concealer was moisturizer. As you can see, it didn’t conceal much.
I’m still holding out hope that one day e.l.f. will release a decent concealer but until then I’ll just stick with NYX and maybe get my hands on a Colourpop Concealer (hahaha, yeah right). If you know of any great concealers please let me know! Thank you for reading and have a great day!

Thank you fo reviewing this, as I had been wondering about how the it worked. Yeah I don’t know elf aren’t that great at making concealers… I do have a dual-ended concealer from them, which I like, but I only use it unerneath the eyes.

I’ve tried most of them but I’m not sure if I’ve tried the dual ended. I have one that’s a concealer on one side and a highlight on the other and I like it ok but it’s not great. My biggest issue is their shade range. If you’re really fair or dark skinned you can forget finding a match 😑

Oh yeah that’s the ne I mean. I think it work fine for the undereye area, and if you’re looking for light coverage 🙂 But yeah not the best for fair skinned

Have you tried Colourpops new concealers? I’ve heard they’re great but they’re always sold out.

I have not, but I really want to. Everything they release gets sold out so quickly, that you need to set an alarm just to get it. So crazy 😦
