September Wrap Up & Blog Announcements!

Ah September, you have brought so many changes for the good and bad. This month started off horribly with a girl that I’ve known for around fifteen years committing suicide. She was my brother’s best friend and we loved her dearly. None of us knew anything was wrong and her death definitely left a hole in all of us. If you are contemplating suicide please, please, get help. If you can’t talk to your family or friends there are churches, hospitals, counselors, crisis centers and so many more resources that WANT to help you. You may think nobody would care if you died but I promise you that they would.

Blog Announcements & B.E.D.O.

Now onto happier topics. Way back in May I had this crazy idea to blog every single day in October. Apparently I’m crazy because I’m doing it. I’ve been reading tons of books, watching tons of movies and just looking for anything and everything fall/Halloween related. I’ve worked so hard on the posts for this month and I hope you enjoy them. I’m calling it B.E.D.O. for Blog Everyday in October. Along with the fall and Halloween posts I’ll be reviewing six or seven books for Aria Publishing Company. They have kindly sent me the books for free and asked me to review them. All of my reviews will be honest as always. The first book review will be up on October 1 and there will be a giveaway so please check that out! My ultimate goal is to have thirty-one Halloween or fall related posts PLUS the book reviews for Aria. I would love your feedback throughout the month on what you think and your suggestions.

Personal Life Updates

Besides the death of my brother’s friend, this has been a very good month for me. I’ve stayed basically on track with my weight loss and finally started losing weight again. I’m still struggling to work out on a regular basis but I’m trying. My brother and I went to see IT twice this month and we both loved it. I love the book and I enjoyed the mini series but this new movie was amazing. I don’t know how I’m going to make it waiting until 2019 for the sequel. Did you go see IT? If so, what did you think?

Personal Life Continued

Besides that, all I’ve really did this month is read and write. I have so many books to read right now that I don’t honestly know how I’m going to do it, haha. It’s been a little stressful but I’m looking forward to October. No matter what you read my blog for, whether it’s makeup, book or movie reviews, there will be something for you. If you want, follow me on Twitter and Instagram. I post on both of those almost daily and share my reviews there. I think that’s basically everything! If you have any suggestions for what you would want to see reviewed in October please let me know! Thank you so much for following my blog, Twitter, Instagram and of course, for reading. Have a great day!

Goodbye September, hello October!
