I know that everybody says this but this year has flown by for me. 2017 was a year of ups and downs but thankfully there was more good than bad. This month marked an entire YEAR of blogging. I have met so many incredible people through my blog and having this blog has been such a great outlet for me. One of my top resolutions for 2018 is to put even more work into this and just see where it takes me. If you would like to see more of my resolutions for 2018 just click here. So, what’s coming in the new year?

The Blog

Lots of good things are going to be happening here on my blog. I’m moving up from the free WordPress platform to the paid Personal platform. This just seemed like the next best step to take for the growth of my blog and I need more space for pictures, haha. With this change may come some layout changes and different things like that. I will be continuing to post every other day and sometimes more, unless something unexpected comes up. My goal is always one book review a week and the other days to be makeup or skincare reviews. I’ve got lots of new goodies I’m trying out from Essence, Catrice, Colourpop and a few more that will be coming in the next month. If there’s anything in particular you would like to see reviewed feel free to ask!

I do occasionally post about living with PCOs/infertility and I have a few things in mind dealing with that. I’m also toying around with the idea of posting some recipes and DIY type stuff. This blog will always be primarily a review blog but I don’t like to limit myself because then I would get bored.

Personal Life

This is a big month for me personally. My husband, James, and I will be celebrating our fourth anniversary on the 25th. We’re taking a trip to Tennessee the week before that and I’m so excited! I’m going to be working my hardest to get posts written and scheduled so that way there’s no gaps on here while I’m gone. When I get back I’ll be posting all about what we did.
