I hope all of you have had a fantastic June. If I had to pick one word to describe this past month it would be hot. I live in Alabama and it is already sweltering here and will be until October, lol. Besides that, this month has went pretty well. Nothing too exciting happened except I finally started repainting my kitchen, which is only exciting to me. I’ve been putting this off for three years… As soon as it’s finished I’ll be posting before and after pictures! We also went on a day trip to Tuscumbia, AL to see the birthplace of Helen Keller which was a lot of fun. So, what’s coming this month?

Books

Along Comes a Wolfe by Counios and Gane is the next book that I will be reviewing. The authors were not only nice enough to send it to me but they signed it and sent a thank you card. It was so thoughtful and this is the first physical book that I’ve received, so it’s special. Next I’ll be reviewing the prequel book to the Flowers in the Attic series, Garden of Shadows. After that, I have a more summery read by Jenny Hale called Summer by the Sea. It’s going to be a month of really good books!

Makeup & Skincare

As always, I have makeup, makeup and more makeup. First up for July is the Juvia’s Place Douce palette and then an e.l.f. haul with reviews. After that, I have quite a few things planned I’m just not sure what order they’ll be up in. I’ve ordered the Juvia’s Place Saharan palette and the Milani Must Have Naturals palette so those will be coming at some point in the next month or so. I also have a lot of skincare to review. It’s going to be a busy month but filled with good reviews.

I also would like to make time to do more health and fitness posts. If I start making more of an effort to blog about those things maybe I’ll actually stick to it, lol.
