Hello everyone! I sincerely hope your July has been better than mine. My month started off great. We celebrated the fourth of July and then my husband’s birthday. After that, though, things went downhill really fast. About a week ago I started having terrible pains around my ovary. At first I thought it was just a cyst bursting because I do have PCOs and get cysts from time to time. However, the pain eventually got too bad for me so I had to make a trip to the ER. They discovered I had a pedunculated fibroid which is a fibroid attached to the uterus by a stalk. The only way to treat that is through surgery so that’s what I did. That fibroid really didn’t want to leave because not only was it attached to my uterus,  it was also attached to my bladder. I’m planning to write an entire blog post all about my surgery, recovery and some other PCOs related things so that’s all I’ll say for now.

As always, I have a lot of stuff coming up on the blog this month. I’ve recently purchased the IT Cosmetics CC Cream, the new Essence Spice Up Your Life eyeshadow palette, some new lipsticks from NYX and tons of new skincare from Cetaphil, Tree Hut and Belli. I’ve been really focusing on skincare lately so there’s probably going to be more of those reviews than anything else in the coming month. I’m not for sure what all books I’ll be reviewing but I have plenty to choose from.
