Happy Halloween! I hope that the month of October has been a fabulous month for you all. It hasn’t been really bad for me but it has been frustrating and I’m pretty happy to see it go. Now we can move on to November, and for us Americans, Thanksgiving. I actually don’t have many things set in stone for the blog in November but I’ll get more into that below.

Books

The first two book reviews of the month are already planned out. I was asked to take part in a blog tour for Faith Hogan’s new book, What Happened to Us?. I’ve reviewed her book The Girl I Used to Know and really enjoyed it so I’m happy to be taking part in this blog tour. The second book of the month is Wyoming by Colleen Coble. It was actually supposed to go up this previous month but I ended up swapping some things around. After that, I honestly have no idea, lol. There is a new book by V.C. Andrews out that I will probably pick up but besides that I’ll just have to see what interests me.

Makeup & Skincare

I’ve actually got some high end reviews coming this month. Every brand is releasing a ton of stuff for the holidays and it’s a good time to get deals on pricier items. I’ll be reviewing a few things from Too Faced and Lorac’s holiday releases. I’ve also ordered the new BH Cosmetic’s Royal Affair Palette. My goal is to do a no/low buy until the Black Friday sales. I would just like to work on some more creative blog posts and not just buying new stuff for review constantly. I’d love to know what you would like to see!
