October Wrap Up!

341034-Snoopy-Jack-O-Lantern-Goodbye-October-Quote

October has flown by at record speed… at least it seems that way to me. That probably has something to do with the fact that I’m busier now than I’ve ever been in my life. My sweet son keeps me running at all times😂 As for the blog, I managed to stay on top of regularly posting better than I thought I would. You may have noticed that I moved my upload time to 7:00 PM CST. Moving it from 7:00 AM to PM gives me a few extra hours to get the post finished and that’s when I will be posting from now on. Let’s talk about my plans for November!

Books:

My book review for Chasing the Sun by Kaki Warner was supposed to go up in October but I ended up doing this post instead. This book will now be the first one I review in November. It’s part of a trilogy that I have absolutely LOVED so far. The first two books, Pieces of Sky and Open Country, were incredible so I’m excited to start this final book. Other than Chasing the Sun, I’m not sure what I want to read. I’ve thought about restarting and finally finishing The Lord of the Rings series but I don’t know if anybody would be interested in my thoughts on those books. If you are, though, let me know.

Makeup & Skincare:

My main priority in November is eyeshadow palette reviews. I do have quite a few different products that I’m testing out so it won’t just be palette reviews but they are my main focus. I’ve had a few of these palettes for MONTHS and just haven’t had time to test or review them. The J. Cat Beauty Dia Palette will be first then (hopefully) the Too Faced Gingerbread Spice and Colourpop Making Mauves. Feel free to let me know what you want to see reviewed and follow my Instagram to see what I’m trying out.

Thank you!
