December Wrap Up!

I know everybody says this but wow, this year flew by. Especially now that I have a toddler, it seems like I blink and six months are gone. I did accomplish many things this year and one of those accomplishments was blog growth. My blog has grown more than I ever expected it to and I am so very appreciative. Of course, I’m busy making plans for the new year so let’s talk about January!

📚Books:

My brother got me this beautiful pile of books for Christmas and one I want to read in the coming month is Belladonna by Adalyn Grace. I’ve heard so many good things about it. I also want to finish the Three Dark Crowns series by Kendare Blake.

I’m not sure if I’ll start this in January but I’m planning a new series where I read my oldest, favorite books and see if they hold up to my memories. I’m not sure which one I’ll start with but I’m leaning toward City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. I would love to know your thoughts on that! You can follow my Goodreads to see everything I’m currently reading.

💄Beauty:

2023 will be the year of single shadows. I have SO many from Looxi Beauty and I want to start using them more often. I also just really love creating my own palettes. The one above is the main palette I used in November and December. I wanted something that gave strong winter/Christmas vibes and this palette accomplished that. My goal is to have a post up about it next week. I’m also planning to review the BH Cosmetics Passion in Paris Eyeshadow Palette. I’ve had this palette over a year and never used it so I need to figure out if it’s something I even want in my collection. I’m not sure what else I’ll get to but the best way to see what I’m trying and let me know what you want to see here is by following my Instagram.

💕Thank you!

I hope that 2022 was a great year for you but if not, I pray 2023 will be better. I’m not big on setting resolutions but my current ones are to better my health and finish a TON of home improvement projects. If you have any, tell me what your New Year’s resolutions are! If you would like, you can follow me on InstagramTwitterFacebookTiktok or Goodreads. Thanks for reading and have a very happy New Year🎉
