Every eyeshadow I’ve tried from e.l.f. Cosmetics recently has been just amazing, and this little palette is no exception. I got the Clay Eyeshadow Palette in the color Saturday Sunsets as a free add on with one of my orders. I’m so glad I got this free. Not because it’s not worth the money, it’s $6.00, but it’s just not an eyeshadow palette that I would have purchased myself. The pictures on the website really do not do these tiny sets justice. This one, at least, is so much prettier in person!
In the palette you get two matte shades, the light cream and the lower left brown, and then three shimmery shades. This set is perfect if you want a gold, brown and pink eye look. I was amazed at the pigment each one of these shades has. Even the lightest cream color can be built up. These shadows are very creamy, had little fall out and lasted all day. However, I do wear an eyeshadow primer so that helps my shadows last longer (the $2.00 e.l.f. one is great).
These colors are all so pigmented and pretty. After uploading this picture I realized I left the cream color off. I was going to retake the picture but the cream really doesn’t show up on my arm so I just left it like this.
Guys, this is such a good mini eyeshadow palette. I believe you could get a few beautiful looks out of this. As an added bonus the packaging is very travel friendly and it has a mirror.
