I’m not the biggest fan of eyeliner, mainly because I suck at applying it, but when L.A. Girl releases new ones, I’m interested. Their Shockwave Eyeliners are my all time favorites so I had very high hopes for the Pastel Dream Eyeliners. These liners are $4.99 apiece and available in multiple shades of which I have two, Lavender and Magic Mint.
Lavender is obviously a lavender shade and Magic Mint is a chartreuse shade. I really like these liners but I don’t love them quite as much as the Shockwave Eyeliners. I prefer a pencil that can be sharpened and these can not because they are twist up liners. It would be next to impossible to get a very fine line with them. This isn’t a big deal to me because I only wear liner on my lower waterline but it’s something to be aware if you would want them for winged liner or anything like that. These liners also have a softer formula so they break much easier and they also clump up during application. Again, this isn’t a big deal but it’s annoying. I did find that they wore very well, just like the Shockwave Eyeliners, and at the end of a full day, I still had liner on my waterline. They won’t look perfect after many hours of wear but for the most part, they’re water and smudge proof.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, the Pastel Dream Eyeliners are great. If they were pencil style, they would have been excellent but they’re still worth buying, regardless. I’d love to know if you’ve tried these or what your favorite liner formula is. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Oooooh the lavender shade is gorgeous!

Beautiful colors . I might try them out , but I do want a sharper point as I want to practice more graphic liner looks.
